During the shoot, I am an outside observer, a researcher of your story.
BUT this is a page about me, so it is important for me to note who I am.

Woman. Tatar. Feminist. Married. LGBTK+ friendly. Aquarius. Former burnt-out Manual QA and Team Lead. Political refugee. Advocate for decolonialism. And, of course, a photographer.

For this section, I did not use chatGPT, but used the online translator DeepL. My English level is B2. My Spanish level is A1.

1997

I was born on February 14, Valentine’s Day, in a family of medical students. I lived with my grandparents for a few months while my parents finished their studies.

1998

I have a personal album that has photographs, or rather two of them. I love flipping through them, and this is how I learn to remember the past and preserve impressions through the recollection of images in my mind.

2008

I bought my first digital camera and was given it as a gift at camp. Even then it became clear to me that I loved taking pictures of the people around me, especially my family.

2009

Second one, SONY. I like to take my camera to school, take pictures of my classmates and almost every day I post pictures in my VK album. Romantically I go to the fields on a bicycle and catch shots with flowers.

2012

The heyday of fashion for semi-professional cameras. I persuaded my parents and got my first NIKON, the D3200, as a New Year’s present. The reason for the purchase was that I lost my grandfather, and it is important for me to shoot my loved ones as often as possible to preserve the memory of them.

2013

I want to remain an activist at school like before. But I realize that studying and exams are more important. Photographing events allows you to stay in the community but spend much less time. First shoots for money.

2015

I choose to enter the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Information Technologies of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University in the city of the Republic of Tatarstan Kazan in the Russian Federation.

I find out about the Include media project among the creative clubs of the institute, plunge headfirst into the activity and start to grow as a reportage photographer. I dream of someday joining the Vidimy Svet [visible light] team of photographers in Kazan.

2016

I am studying SMM. At a republican forum, I meet a representative from Tatarstan of a well-known news portal in Russia, and I offer my candidacy for filming. I get to do two jobs for the portal, one of which is about flight spotting in Kazan International Airport. [Spotting is the searching, contemplating and photography of aeroplanes. Therefore, spotters are photographers whose leisure activity is aeronautical photography.]

2017

I get into the Pikcha photography school in Kazan. Free of charge, because I take part in an elimination reality show, which is supposed to be great PR, but soon leads to the realisation of how worthwhile it is to change the structure of training. I reach the final but don’t win. I began to shoot more commercials.

2018

I win the university stage of Student Spring as a photographer. I become a mentor of the direction of photography in my native Include. I get acquainted with the project of the Republic of Tatarstan Talent University and become a full-time reportage photographer.

2019

I’m going on my gap year. Studying photography in Kazan photoclub. I got a job as an administrator at the Visible House photo studio. I become a part of the Visible Light team. I assist my idol of that time in the world of photography on shoots. I am responsible for shooting the Russian team for WorldSkills. I am disillusioned with the concept of idolization and photography.

2020

I shoot for Talent University. Photographing weddings every summer since 2015. Going back to university and getting my bachelor’s degree as a systems programmer.

2021

I shoot my family and once every two to three months there are individual shoots. I’m stopping working with the University of Talent. Finding myself in IT.

2022

Since the beginning of the war and the armed attack on Ukraine, I shoot very rarely. I’m burning out in IT. I go on vacation from Russia to Turkey, work from there for two months. I quit. I emigrate to Argentina.

2023

Getting back to shooting in Argentina. Meeting new people, photographing events. Participating in blogger training. Taking consultations with photographers I like. Accepting that despite the past, I’m back to Junior photographer status because of the break. I’ve shot over 60 photo stories in one year. By the beginning of 2024, I feel confident Middle.

2024

I am open to offers for shoots. You can see my work in the announcements section, but for more archival work and behind-the-scenes stories, please visit my Instagram. I am also currently interested in content creation. You can ask for consultations, details in the highlites “запрос|ответ”, but so far only in Russian.
